Spending Survey Results
Over the past six weeks I've collected answers to the following question:
How much would you be willing to pay, per calendar month, for an unmetered [flat-rate] Internet connection by telephone modem without usage limits?
The survey closed on 30 September 1998, and the distribution of responses is below.

In all I was sent 411 responses, and the average amount people are willing to pay is £36.
