It used to be that you could make various changes to cable TV and telephone services without losing your Videotron tariff.
However, it seems
that, since the events in October, CWC are being much more restrictive; any change to your existing channels, or addition or
removal of lines, will result in the Videotron tariff being lost.
This is not absolutely clear, as ever, but all I can advise is that you sit tight.
The only exception I know of is if you can, somehow, manage to arrange things so that the Videotron tariff is on one account number and everything
else is on another account number with the bills split, as a letter a correspondent has received shows.
