Windows Vista


There have been some issues reported with some people using Vista. These have not been sorted and therefore it cannot be guaranteed that the program will function properly under Vista.

Tips for new users:


Use the help bar at the top right of the page;
Understand how to use the mouse double-click and the right-hand mouse button to get up sub-menus;
Understand how to use the Control and Shift keys with the mouse when making multiple selections in lists.

'File not found'


Some windows systems do not have a file which used to be standard - ctl3d.dll.  This brings up the 'file not found' error when attempting some functions like registering or printing.  This can be corrected by adding the ctl3d.dll file either to the program folder, or the Windows/System folder.  This file can be downloaded HERE.  Download the file, unzip it, and put it into the program folder.  It is now included in all the current installations.

'mapi.dll is missing'


Sometimes another file is not present on systems - mapi.dll. Click HERE to download it.
